Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized drink recommendations and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering to prevent stock shortages.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations regarding food and beverage service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Support floor staff during peak hours to ensure efficient service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and bar equipment maintenance.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or bartending is a plus.
