Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of classic and signature cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision.
- Provide exceptional, personalized hospitality to ensure a warm and inviting guest experience.
- Maintain immaculate bar hygiene, equipment sanitation, and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Manage stock levels, inventory tracking, and ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, share stories, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Support the team in daily bar setup, closing duties, and cleaning procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest mixology trends and local beverage regulations.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak operational hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-end or boutique hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, mixers, and modern mixology techniques.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local language is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Valid hospitality certifications and a strong commitment to food and beverage safety standards.
