Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring compliance with strict hygiene and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized drink recommendations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and place supply orders as required to ensure seamless service.
- Handle cash and electronic payment processing accurately using the hotel's POS system.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely beverage delivery throughout the venue.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mixology and incorporate innovative techniques into the menu.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Bartender in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-end lounge setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of spirits, garnishes, and glass usage.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; ability to speak additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a professional demeanor with an outgoing personality and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Deep understanding of food safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards.
- A proactive team player with the ability to remain calm and efficient during high-pressure situations.
