Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options
- Develop and innovate new cocktail recipes using fresh, local ingredients
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all bar areas
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Train and mentor junior staff on beverage knowledge and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and international cocktail recipes
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Valid food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
