Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a wide range of signature and classic cocktails with precision and flair.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar workstation at all times.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service to all guests to ensure a superior experience.
- Manage POS transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the bar area.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and participate in menu development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional bartending experience, preferably in high-volume bars or beach clubs.
- Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and spirits.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging personality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or mixology is a plus.
