As a Bartender at our establishment, you will be the face of our beverage program. We are looking for someone who not only knows their way around a shaker but also understands the importance of building rapport with our diverse clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a diverse menu of signature cocktails, classic mixed drinks, and premium spirits with consistency and flair.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized drink recommendations and ensure a premium service experience.
- Manage bar inventory, track waste, and assist with stock replenishment orders.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and balancing the bar register.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication between the bar and floor staff.
- Assist in the development of new seasonal cocktail menus and participate in creative brainstorm sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, lounge, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and classic cocktail preparation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide world-class guest service.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a significant plus.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive for continuous learning and professional development.
