Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning of common areas including corridors, lift lobbies, and staircases.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Dispose of refuse and ensure trash collection points are kept tidy and odor-free.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damages observed during cleaning rounds to the management.
- Maintain proper care and storage of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed strictly during working hours.
- Assist with ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required to maintain facility standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Must be comfortable wearing required protective clothing (long pants and covered shoes).
