Tanggung Jawab
- Operate company buses safely and efficiently according to established schedules and routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a polite and professional experience.
- Adhere strictly to all Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations and traffic laws.
- Monitor passenger safety during boarding, transit, and alighting processes.
- Accurately report any mechanical issues or traffic incidents to dispatch immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bus interior throughout the shift.
- Assist passengers with specific needs, ensuring inclusive and accessible transportation service.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 4/5 Driving License with a clean traffic record (no demerit points).
- Valid Bus Driver's Vocational License (BDVL).
- Proven experience in a professional driving or transport role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic laws, and transit safety protocols.
- Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with passengers and management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and professional work ethics.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure or during heavy traffic conditions.
