Tanggung Jawab
- Provide intuitive and personalized butler service to guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure guest suites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.
- Manage guest requests, including dining reservations, travel arrangements, and activity bookings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, and front office teams to ensure a flawless guest experience.
- Handle luggage handling, garment care, and packing/unpacking services as requested.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the property facilities and local tourist attractions.
- Handle guest concerns with grace, diplomacy, and efficient problem-solving skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Butler or Guest Relations role within a luxury hotel or villa environment.
- Professional grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Possess a calm and polite demeanor under pressure.
- A deep understanding of hospitality etiquette and luxury service standards.
