Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized, anticipatory service to guests to ensure an exceptional stay.
- Coordinate all guest arrangements, including dining reservations, transportation, and bespoke excursions.
- Manage daily housekeeping standards and ensure the property is maintained to an impeccable level.
- Assist with luggage handling, garment care, and wardrobe organization upon request.
- Act as a concierge and property liaison, managing communication with grace and professional tact.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols at all times.
- Prepare arrival and departure documentation and manage guest billing inquiries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Butler, Guest Relations, or VIP service role within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A deep understanding of luxury hospitality etiquette and cultural nuances.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
