As a Butler at BHP, you will play a pivotal role in redefining the guest experience. Working directly under the mentorship of our experienced Head Butler, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest stay is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to guests upon arrival at the luxury villas.
- Coordinate closely with the Head Butler to ensure all guest requests and itineraries are executed flawlessly.
- Manage daily villa operations, including coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain 5-star standards.
- Act as a personal concierge, providing local recommendations, booking transport, and arranging private dining or excursions.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure all guest preferences are recorded and utilized to create a bespoke experience throughout their stay.
- Maintain a high level of villa security and guest privacy at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury private villa.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a significant plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a professional demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Deep knowledge of the Canggu and greater Bali area, including dining, lifestyle, and cultural attractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on guest occupancy.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between villa locations in Badung.
