We are seeking a dedicated and professional Butler to join our private villa team in the heart of Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our property, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the villa is maintained to the highest standards of luxury and hygiene. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, possesses a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience.
As our Butler, you will manage daily operations to ensure that every guest's needs are met with efficiency, grace, and a personalized touch. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of high-end villa hospitality and is committed to delivering a memorable stay for all guests visiting our property.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all villa areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Provide personalized service to guests, catering to their individual needs and requests throughout their stay.
- Monitor villa inventory and ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and replenished.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is functioning perfectly.
- Manage guest arrival and departure procedures, including property walkthroughs and key management.
- Maintain a proactive approach to solving guest inquiries and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
- Oversee the overall presentation of the villa, including internal décor and external garden/pool area standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Butler, Villa Attendant, or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong commitment to high-quality service standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
- Knowledge of basic household maintenance and villa management software is a plus.
