Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, season, and cook a wide range of dishes according to restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the kitchen workspace is kept clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Manage inventory levels, monitor ingredient freshness, and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to develop new menu concepts and seasonal specials.
- Monitor food preparation quality and plating aesthetics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide on-the-job training to maintain consistent output.
- Maintain equipment performance by performing regular maintenance checks and reporting issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2+ years of professional culinary experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
