- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control

- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain fresh ingredient quality

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience
- Culinary arts certification or equivalent vocational training
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Proven ability to lead kitchen teams effectively
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of budget management and cost control
- Valid food handling certification
