Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring timely and consistent food delivery.
- Develop creative, seasonal, and nutritious menu concepts that align with current culinary trends.
- Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen hygiene, food storage, and safety protocols (HACCP/Sanitation standards).
- Manage inventory levels, track ingredient usage, and reduce food waste through efficient preparation techniques.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to train staff on dish preparation and presentation guidelines.
- Supervise food quality and presentation before it reaches the guest to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance.
- Adapt to guest preferences and dietary requirements with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Lead, preferably in a high-volume hotel, villa, or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and health standards in Bali.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work cohesively with a kitchen team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and refine existing dishes.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with international guests and staff.
- Certification in culinary arts or a related hospitality diploma is highly desirable.
