Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen brigade to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders during peak service hours.
- Perform daily station preparation (mise en place) to ensure readiness for service.
- Uphold the highest quality standards for food consistency and presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (Cafe, Restaurant, or Beach Club setting preferred).
- Strong foundational knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work a 44-hour work week, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Passionate about food, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Good command of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
- Relevant culinary certifications or equivalent work experience.
