Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and execute innovative menus aligned with seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
  • Lead kitchen operations including inventory management, cost control, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and maintain impeccable hygiene protocols
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff to develop technical skills and professional standards
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to enhance guest dining experiences

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years professional culinary experience in high-volume kitchens

  • Certification in food safety and sanitation (HACCP preferred)
