Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across assigned areas, including common spaces, offices, and restrooms.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly after use.
- Replenish consumable items such as soap, paper towels, and other sanitization products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle specialized cleaning equipment and chemical agents in accordance with company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is highly advantageous but not strictly required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and health (WSH) practices.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
