Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to perform assigned machining tasks.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to ensure precise production.
- Perform regular machine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain operational uptime.
- Conduct quality checks on finished components using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet daily output targets.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Document production activities and report any mechanical malfunctions to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in CNC machining or a related manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering schematics.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine controls and operational safety protocols.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity with rotating shifts if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
