Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport the CEO and management team to various destinations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and prompt reporting of any issues
- Plan efficient routes considering traffic conditions, weather, and time constraints to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional conduct at all times
- Assist with luggage, documents, and other items as required during business trips and meetings
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving
- Complete required documentation for trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or corporate transportation
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes in Shah Alam and surrounding areas
- Strong defensive driving skills and commitment to road safety
- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong time management skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks
