In this role, you will serve as the primary transport support for our operations, ensuring that both personnel and company assets reach their destinations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
As an Executive Support Driver, you will be the face of our company during client meetings and logistical runs. We value safety, punctuality, and professional discretion above all else. If you have a clean driving record and a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and route planning, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport company executives and staff to various destinations within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in excellent running condition.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and real-time traffic updates to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist with basic administrative or operational errands as required by the management team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger conversations and company business.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Company Driver, Executive Driver, or a similar role.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major traffic violations).
- Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic management systems.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (checking oil, tires, lights, etc.).
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions effectively.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
- Must be based in or near Quezon City for easier commute and operational flexibility.
