Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet guest expectations.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
- Assist in recipe development and menu planning as requested by management.
- Manage kitchen equipment with care and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cook or Commis in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to continuous learning in the culinary arts.
- Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training is a plus.
