Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate food preparation during peak operational hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in managing ingredient waste to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless workflow and consistent plate presentation.
- Inspect food items for quality and freshness before cooking and service.
- Follow all company protocols regarding food storage, rotation, and temperature control.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Commis, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the contract.
- Professional certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
