Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality standards, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP principles).
  • Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station and kitchen area at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment in a safe and proper manner.
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Solid understanding of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices (e.g., HACCP, proper storage, temperature control).
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not strictly required with demonstrated experience.
