Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing when required
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of Indonesian cuisine is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Culinary school certification or equivalent training is a plus
