Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all kitchen stations are stocked, clean, and organized before and during service.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of new, healthy, and surf-inspired menu items.
- Manage food preparation time efficiently to ensure prompt service.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Commis Chef in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for healthy, fresh food and surf-lifestyle culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
