Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established menus and recipes.
- Ensure kitchen stations are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management and ingredient ordering.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and health regulations (HACCP/local standards).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Assist in recipe development and menu planning as required.
- Properly handle and store food products to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Commis Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Deep understanding of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail regarding food presentation and quality.
- Must be available to start immediately (ASAP).
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Relevant certification in Culinary Arts or Food Safety is a plus.
