Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic Balinese dishes according to established recipes
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen operations

- Manage inventory and stock rotation of ingredients
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Adapt recipes based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Train junior staff on cooking techniques and kitchen protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience
- Proficiency in traditional Balinese cooking techniques
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (HACCP preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina for standing extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian spices and ingredients
