Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and HACCP regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members for efficient workflow during peak service periods
  • Manage inventory of food supplies and communicate replenishment needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and workstations
  • Contribute to menu development through recipe testing and innovation
  • Train junior staff on cooking techniques and kitchen procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
  • Proven knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine preparation methods
  • Certification in food handling and safety (mandatory)
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Physical stamina required for extended standing and lifting up to 25kg
  • Basic proficiency in English communication
