As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining impeccable hygiene standards, and ensuring every plate served meets the high expectations of our international and domestic guests. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to hotel standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure the highest level of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to manage daily inventory and ingredient freshness.
  • Provide efficient and professional food preparation during peak operational hours to ensure timely service for guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in the development of daily specials and seasonal menu items.
  • Monitor food wastage and implement measures to maximize ingredient efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional service by ensuring consistent quality in every meal served to our guests.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven professional cooking experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Formal culinary certification or diploma from a reputable hospitality institution is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, particularly in food presentation and portion control.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shift patterns.
  • Excellent knowledge of local Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques.
