Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to hotel standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure the highest level of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen area at all times.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to manage daily inventory and ingredient freshness.
- Provide efficient and professional food preparation during peak operational hours to ensure timely service for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in the development of daily specials and seasonal menu items.
- Monitor food wastage and implement measures to maximize ingredient efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service by ensuring consistent quality in every meal served to our guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven professional cooking experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Formal culinary certification or diploma from a reputable hospitality institution is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a keen eye for detail, particularly in food presentation and portion control.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shift patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of local Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques.
