Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes following established recipes and standards
  • Manage inventory and stock rotation for kitchen ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timing
  • Develop new menu items and seasonal specials aligned with customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen workstations and equipment
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cooking methods
  • Food safety certification (HACCP/Sertifikat Keamanan Pangan)
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of cost control and inventory management
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
