Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on culinary techniques
- Develop seasonal specials that align with restaurant themes and customer preferences
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience in commercial kitchen
- Culinary school certification or equivalent practical training
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic inventory management experience
