Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak service hours to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering and stock rotation.
- Collaborate closely with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Execute plating techniques that showcase the visual appeal of each dish.
- Assist in the development of seasonal menu items and promotional specials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and safety standards (HACCP certification is a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
- A proactive attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy kitchen equipment as required.
- Strong physical stamina and the capacity to handle a high-pressure environment with a positive mindset.
