Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation stations are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and inventory management.
- Monitor food stock levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations to ensure the well-being of our guests.
- Maintain equipment performance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Ensure efficient food plating and presentation to meet restaurant standards.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates from Culinary School or Hospitality programs are highly encouraged to apply.
- Possess a strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary techniques.
- Good understanding of basic food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; English language skills are a plus.
- Willing to be based in Badung, Bali.
