Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion control requirements.
- Ensure all food preparation stations are clean, sanitized, and organized before, during, and after service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report ingredient shortages or supply needs to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP standards) to ensure guest health and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning of appliances and utensils.
- Assist in recipe development and menu testing as requested by the Head Chef.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Cook or Commis in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and consistency.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and quality control.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving culinary skills.
