Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook meals according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report supply needs to management.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Assist in menu development and ingredient sourcing as needed.
- Manage kitchen equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cook or Commis Chef.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling hygiene (HACCP principles preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cooking and an eye for food presentation.
- Punctual, reliable, and possessing a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of English is a plus.
