Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality Indonesian and Western dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure consistency in food portioning, presentation, and plating for every order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report stock shortages to the Head Chef.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Assist in recipe development and menu planning as required.
- Properly store ingredients and maintain freshness to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cooking techniques.
- Ability to maintain composure and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
