Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu standards.
  • Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, maintaining speed and efficiency during peak service hours.
  • Monitor food inventory, ingredients, and supplies to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to develop seasonal menu offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance needs to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is highly preferred.
  • Professional attitude, discipline, and a strong passion for cooking.
