- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supply ordering to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in all kitchen areas
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak hours for seamless service delivery
- Develop seasonal specials and innovative menu items aligned with culinary trends
- Train junior staff on cooking techniques and kitchen protocols
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for dietary requirement accommodations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience in commercial kitchens
- Proven knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine preparation
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (HACCP equivalent)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
