- Prepare and cook diverse menu items following established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and stock rotation of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Present dishes attractively while maintaining consistent portion sizes
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Assist in menu development and seasonal recipe testing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional cooking experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
- Certification in food handling and safety (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Physical stamina required for standing, lifting, and extended shifts
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
