Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook diverse menu items following established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation according to HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service timing
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Present dishes attractively to enhance customer dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment
- Adapt to special dietary requests and menu modifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional cooking experience in commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of Filipino and international cuisine preparation techniques
- Certification in food safety and handling (e.g., Food Handler's Permit)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 25kg
- Basic math skills for recipe scaling and inventory management
