Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience in commercial kitchens
- Certification in food safety and sanitation management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
- Proven experience with inventory management and cost control systems
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic leadership and team coordination skills
