Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu standards.
  • Ensure the kitchen workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain consistent quality and presentation of every plate served to our guests.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP) at all times.
  • Continuously learn new techniques and contribute creative ideas for menu enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
