As a Cook with PT Alivan Group, you will play a vital role in our daily kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our strict standards for presentation, taste, and food safety. We offer a competitive package including a base salary of up to Rp 3,700,000 and a 50% service charge incentive during the probation period. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Assist the Head Chef in inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene protocols are followed (HACCP standards).
- Monitor and control food waste to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours.
- Assist in menu development and creative dish presentation ideas.
- Support general kitchen maintenance and equipment cleaning schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong passion for the culinary arts.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in Food Production or equivalent culinary education is an advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
