Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment.
  • Formal culinary education or equivalent vocational certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food preparation, and menu execution.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices (HACCP).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
