Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food preparation tasks (mise-en-place).
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, maintained, and in good working order.
- Minimize food waste through proper portion control and storage techniques.
- Support team members during peak service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Cook Helper, or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
