Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to established recipes and standards
- Follow instructions for timely preparation of food orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations and cooking equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing for special events
- Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or quality issues
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one
