Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Follow instructions for timely preparation of food orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations and cooking equipment
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
  • Assist in menu development and recipe testing for special events
  • Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or quality issues
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
