Are you passionate about the culinary arts and ready to create premium-quality desserts? PT Ettore Gelato Bali is looking for a talented and motivated Cook to join our growing production team in Denpasar. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of excellence, ensuring every batch of gelato and dessert is crafted to perfection with precision and care.

We are seeking someone who values hygiene, consistency, and teamwork. If you have a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for the dessert industry, we provide a collaborative environment where you can refine your skills and contribute to one of Bali's most respected gelato brands. You will work closely with our production team to streamline processes and maintain the premium quality our customers expect.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute daily production schedules for gelato and dessert preparation.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP compliance).
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including pasteurizers, churners, and refrigerators.
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop and refine recipes for new product launches.
  • Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products before packaging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cook, Commis, or Production Staff in a restaurant or bakery environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good physical stamina, comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting supplies.
  • Passionate about desserts, pastry, or artisan ice cream production.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
