Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to hotel recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Manage and monitor food inventory levels, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock freshness.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development and daily operational prep tasks.
- Maintain equipment performance by reporting maintenance needs and cleaning workstations.
- Collaborate effectively with service staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals.
- Monitor food preparation quality and portion control to ensure consistency across all shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cook or Commis in a professional kitchen or hotel environment.
- Formal education in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in rotating shifts.
- Good communication skills and ability to function well within a diverse team.
