Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across Indonesian, Japanese, and Western menus according to standard recipes.
- Ensure plate presentation meets the establishment’s visual standards before service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following strict food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade and service staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food waste to optimize costs.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored according to temperature control protocols.
- Adapt to various kitchen stations as required by the head chef or shift supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional culinary experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Proven expertise in preparing Indonesian, Japanese, and Western cuisine.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized culinary procedures accurately.
